In May 2009, at the one-year anniversary of May 12 Wenchuan earthquake, Youth League Committee of COAMC and Chengdu Branch organized a fund-raising event for Sichuan disaster area. They donated books, stationery, wheelchairs, daily supplies, etc. to Huilan Primary School of Shifang and Yuanshi Nursing Home. And COAMC employees sent out post cards to the children in Sichuan to deliver their greetings and warm wishes.
